What this site collects

When a visitor chooses to join the list, this site collects: an email address; a phone number only when the separate SMS consent box is checked; and a small set of coarse, non-clinical segment tags (for example, a category of interest, an age range, and a US state). Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, request path — are collected the way nearly every website collects them.

What this site deliberately does not keep

Quiz answers are used once, in the moment, to derive the coarse tags above — then discarded. Height, weight, body measurements, condition names, and medication history are never requested and never stored. Health-adjacent inputs are never sent to advertising platforms, never placed in a URL, and never used in an analytics event name.

What is shared, and with whom

The email address, opt-in phone number, segment tags, and the consent record (the exact consent text agreed to, with a timestamp) are shared with the email service provider that delivers this site's messages. If a visitor clicks through to a telehealth partner, that partner's own privacy policy governs everything from the click onward — anything entered on a partner site goes to the partner, not to healthifyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses first-party analytics events with neutral names (such as “Lead”) to understand aggregate behaviour. It does not build advertising profiles from health-adjacent inputs, and it does not sell personal information.

State privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@healthifyone.com. Requests are honoured regardless of state of residence.

Children

This site is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed at minors. No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18; any such record discovered is deleted.

Retention and deletion

List records (email, opt-in phone, tags, consent record) are kept while the list relationship is active and deleted on request or after extended inactivity. Consent records may be retained longer where the law requires proof of consent. Server logs rotate on a short, fixed schedule.
